I feel the need to eliminate and yet when I go often times I just release a little watery substance. I almost never have blood except when I first wake up I usually pass a little with the watery substance. Also, during bad times I awaken with a headache that goes away once I'm up or after elimination. I usually feel full. Every once in a while I have an urgency to go that I can't control. No matter what the bathroom is not close enough, this does not happen very often. Most of the time I do not release anything unless I lay on my stomach or massage. Help !
