Why was I banned from the Ask Dennis Hardy ND Forum?!?!

The only post in question was when somebody asked Dennis for the Hoxey formula, and he gave the Christopher formula.

I posted saying he gave the Christopher formula, then I gave the correct harry Hoxsey formula.

He was offended and called me disrespectful because I said Christopher instead of Dr. Christopher ND.
He was also offended because I said Harry Hoxsey instead of Hoxsey ND. and said I should not use Hoxsey ND first name.

I don't see why that was so offensive that I should have been banned :(

Now I get this message.
