Is the paronoia crushing you yet? It will if you let it. If you let the paranoia go, your body will be able to heal. You have 'paranoia nervosa', a very common affliction among the human race (Of epidemic proportions).

I've had tinnitus )about 4 times in 50 yrs., as I remember) and the paranoia also, but never felt paranoia when I hurt my foot or had pain in the stomach. I think because the ear is so close (actually connected directly to) the brain, that intense paranoia is simply that our brain feels a direct attack.
