it has been cold here too. there are times i am really warm and other times i am not comfortable, but nothing like the old days. my take on it is that the heavy metals and bad halides are getting pushed out. they are what is in the way of good heat generation. get to a sauna and sweat those things out. keep the water and salt flowing. and move around. activity, even mild or moderate activity, will increase body temp.
