How much time would you have available, from a true practical sense on a weekly basis, to devote to reading materials that would improve your health, if you were provided with a 100% guraantee that they would be of benefit to you or your loved ones ?

Every situation is different, and I am looking for truly practical answers. Some have obligations that severely restrict their time and others have more leisure.
