Not getting herx from it, initially it did stir up some Candida.
Just wondering how it releases Heavy Metals, that would determine what we can use to mimimize the effect.

MSM helps but only for short duration, took some Chlorella I have had in the back of cupboard for a couple of years a few minutes ago so we will see.
