Yeah, I know I have been a stanger! Work is just crazy now that I am a supervisor, and I hardly ever have time to post. But, I just got cable internet installed at home, so I can now at least go online from home over the weekends. I had a dial up but it was knocking me off all the time.

Well, to be honest, I had to stop doing so much to get well, because the constant state of toxicity I was in from all that treatment just made the candida stay alive in me, and it was re-growing as fast as it was coming out. When I feel sick, I know it is my liver. Die off is simply the liver not being able to handle the load, and the more I pushed at it, the more I went around in circles, as candida breeds in a toxic body. Alkalizing helped enormously. Now, it was not that I got my ph strip to the right number and then BAM I was well. The ph number was merely an indication to me that my body was GETTING well. So, I persisted, and kept getting in those minerals and lots of lemon juice. It has almost been a year now since I began alkalizing. I can eat bread and Sugar w/o reacting and w/o flaring. However, I am still not 100% yet as I do get small candida flares when I get sick with a cold or the flu (which I was told by my doc is because those illnesses also compo=romise the liver). The other time I might get a small flare is before my period - due to hormone flux I think. At these times, if I eat Sugar it will exacerbate the flare, but Sugar in the absence of some other illness does not create a flare. And the flares just disappear on their own after the cold or flu or what have you leaves. So, I am pretty sure that my body is on the right track. I can eat soooo much more types of foods than I could one year ago, no thrush, etc. One thing I have always been sure of is that candida cannot be eradicated when the liver is not in good shape. I just heard my favorite yeast doctor say the same thing. It makes sense to me. I found out the reason my liver was stressing was due to overconsumption of vitamin A - I had vit. A toxicity, and that was what was making me jaundiced. We try so hard to eat our veggies and take our green formulas, etc., and I never knew I was ingesting over 60,000 units of A daily for 2 years when all my sources of A were considered together, especially Chlorella which has TONS. A in overdose is toxic to the liver. So, I have been off all overt sources of A for 2 months, and my liver is revving back up, and I can feel my body kind of getting back into balance. So, long story short, IF I have a flare, I shed threads in poop for a couple days, then stop. And I feel better after. Sounds like the way that is supposed to happen. When I was in constant toxicity, I shed and shed and shed, and no realize it was because I was re-growing the crap at the rate I was expelling it!
