Start your journal of gratitude and realize that things could always, always, ALWAYS be worse and that God isn't hammering you with illnesses or somehow "paying you back" for any mistakes that you've made! Things Happen and Life Goes On. You'll be fine and, the more that you learn about contemporary medicine and pharmaceutical issues, the more you will educate yourself on how to cope and heal yourself!
