For brands I like 10ppm Sovereign Silver the best. I mix in half a teaspoon of xylitol which keeps fungus/bacteria from adhering to the sinus cavity. A small amount of DMSO perhaps 1 part DMSO/9 part CS will help the CS penetrate deep into the sinuses. I also use a Beck electrification unit. You can put electrode pads on both sides of the sinus area and the micro electricity kills the bacterial infection and helps heal the area. I've knocked out many sinus infections this way. It is painless and works rather quickly sometimes as fast as ten minutes. Here is the unit I use:

You can use this on any infection site (toothaches etc) and it helps everthing heal faster. It is primarily designed to clean blood of viruses and parasites. You wear the electrodes on your wrist and as blood passes by it gets zapped by the micro currents. By doing this you can heal many diseases (Albert Einstein Univ NY did the research but it was never covered in the media, wonder why?) . Very cool unit and inexpensive considering all the conditions it will help to heal.
