Hello. Here's some information collected from my notes, which I meant to share and to post Monday itself but couldn't:

Hello, everyone.
With all humility and all the hope but with great caution I'll share the following information:
Today I may have found strong evidence in support of a microbial cause for 'Apnea' and related problems. The evidence seems so strong I'm feeling almost ready to hypothesize. There may be a significant and complex system -yet undetected?- located somewhere around the neck/throat/sinus area, which may form the basis for the Underlying Cause of the mechanical breathing problems and their obvious features. This possible finding appears to be an extension of my ongoing Theory of the Underlying Causes of some 'Mysterious' Diseases [usually termed 'chronic']. If it is, this 'finding' may be of great importance to many at risk of heart failure and to others with [apparently] unrelated problems [e.g. patients with obesity, periodontal diseases and diabetes].
In simple terms this means that people who snore or have problems breathing while they sleep perhaps should "think bugs" from now on, always remembering that this is just a thought of mine, not yet a fact. This also means that if I'm right I should find myself at least close to a solution soon enough; much sooner than I think, hopefully.
For several reasons, however, I must warn readers against trying to kill these "bugs" empirically with 'random' antimicrobials or herbs: they may not work AT ALL. This suggestion goes for medical doctors too. I'll try to explain why right below.
This very minute I've finished recording notes gathered from specimens collected from several patients along a couple months' worth of study. It's been a long study; I need sleep, but I'm satisfied. The specimens are specifically a sort of 'slime' (let's put it that way) that seems to accumulate "in the back of the throat" and is usually expelled (if and when it is) in the morning hours, as all the patients have reported [why "the morning"?]. Does this slime have something to do with the 'mysterious' Charcot-Leyden crystals? What's this 'slime' got to do with heart disease? (I've seen patients with heart conditions near death, "producing" this sort of slime, or something that looked quite similar macroscopically, but rather thick). How far down the esophagus does this slime actually go? Am I observing this 'slime' increase significantly in obese patients?
Because I believe that finally I may understand the "mechanics" of this 'slime', I may understand why antimicrobials can't reach it and why Antibiotics or herbs should never work against it. This slime seems to be the topmost dynamic 'cover' of a layer of "F. radicaliae" -which is my arbitrary term to describe the base layer that in turn may be the center of (some of?) "my" factors, 'factors' I've mentioned before.
I'm sharing this bit for anyone out there feeling clueless about why they snore or suffer apnea or related "disorders". This information may help someone now or in the future, or so I hope.
Equus.
