It also seems that there are a lot of people with genuine interest in chelation who also tend to be over-exuberant in their ambition to get on with the chelating and getting rid of heavy metals without first doign some due diligence. Often overlooked is understanding the significance of mobilizers versus binders. At the time I experimented with Cilantro, I was still one of these. Brainfog and all, that experience taught me an important lesson.
