you need pure food grade h2o2, which commonly comes in 35%. the stuff in the pharmacies, as one might suspect, are contaminated with stabilizers. they are by no means good for consumption of any kind. maybe in a bath soak, but even then the skin is permeable and tap water is bad enough as it is.
