Hey, first of all thanks everybody for a great Iodine forum here, i'm happy to be is such stimulating and good company

Vulcan- would you consider selenitt, a lump of the mineral, to be a valid source of selenium? is this a form that the body can absorb? i know this dissolves rapidly in water, been taking it time and again, figuring that my body stores it for a month or two,
