I know one thing is that for bht to really work well I have to warm up oil in the microwave for a minute then pour a gram into it to disolve...otherwise taking capsules doesnt have the same effect...
and lately ive noticed that the more oil I mix in with it the better it works...
I started with about a tablespoon or two of olive oil,...now im getting better results using about an ounce of flax seed oil with a gram of bht twice a day.

I know its working because the cluster rash that ive had on my tricep area is going away and is 85% gone,...and nothing ive done has been able to do this since ive contracted this bug.

no telling if its gonna cure me or not,.but ill give it a shot for awhile...
