I don't mind if 2-3 drops of the oils falls onto the head, 1 is just the mininum.

I suggest once a week and see how it goes.

What I call BOOK II should be read by every human and especially every human born after 1992, it gives some theories why people will struggle to be healthy by their 40th birthday and with the blessings of the farmer in charge.

Our hair/skin are good indicators of how we are doing.
