I had a similar extreme to oil pulling, it was like a "speed" reaction. By that I mean
My metabolism became over energized and at first I had a "high" then I crashed with
painful flu like symptoms and also emotionally "bummed out" reactions. I believe this oil pulling is too powerful in some individuals. The subtlety of the reaction is that you are thinking this is a reaction to detoxification, but in my case it was way more than that! But you cannot believe a little oil pulling can have such dramatic effects.
But it does (in my case) and that is the simple trut!!!!
I have stopped and after a horrible day and a half I am getting back to normal.
I used sesame and cocanut oils for swishing but even the coconut is way too strong in my case
