1/4C CO, mixed with 1C orange juice---then pop and Altoids into your mouth.

expect to poop most of the day LOL

non fat meal.....

then, 6pm 10 "000" capsules of ES and apple juice
same at 8pm

then, 10pm I mix 1/2C OO, juice of 1 lemon or lime, and 1 bottle of

This past Sunday I just did the CO/OJ and drank warm water afterwards.....
