I've done it twice now
once with my liver flush
added the Co in the morning of the liver flush
also, just did a Co flush this past sunday drinking the warm water afterwards
I got tons of gunk out......lot's of foam as well
I will continue to use this with my regular Liver Flushes every 2 weeks and let you know how it goes
I'm very excited about the possibility of cleansing my lymphatic system and eliminating bloat/weight
