No, what I am saying is that if you really, truly believe this, then do something about it. Go in and tell your dentist you want your Amalgams removed and replaced with composites, gold, whatever the flavor of the month currently is. Most dentists under the age of 50 will be more than happy to replace Amalgams for no other reason than you simply want it. While I think most of holistic dentistry is alot of bunk, I am willing to concede that the data on the safety of Amalgam is shaky at best which is why I don't offer it. By the way, Amalgam is 50% mercury by weight. There is a difference.
