How is it that anaerobic bacteria can continue to grow in a tooth with a proper coronal seal. There is no access to a food source. What about the anerobic bacteria in a periodontal pocket. Shouldn't they have there teeth extracted to avoid this? There is no way that all the bacteria can be eliminated.
