Hi Betta:

yes, it is a scary experience isn't it? I try so hard not to fade away but try as I may, I don't have the power to stop it - my eyes become heavier and heavier and I lose total control of my body and sense and I literally, FADE AWAY somewhere.

It really is frightening as an experience because it is not as if you were falling asleep, right? It is a conscious loss of awareness and literally you feel as if you might possibly pass away, just because you cannot control it.

At least that is what I feel - not as much when it happens now because I am sort of used to it but wow, the first hundred times were scary as hell.

I am too tired to go on - I have your recommendations and will post my hopefully "wonderful and healing" results as they occur.

Be well ........... and be kind to animals ladies and gents - they are the most innocent and helpless of all on this planet.......
