not sure if you saw my post before, but if you are using lots of salt, perhaps you should consider alternating Sea Salt with potassium chloride and/or magnesium chloride. afterall, its not the sodium in the salt you need for detoxing the halides, its the chloride. sodium/potassium ratios are critical, too much sodium is not good, plus we get plenty of sodium generally speaking anyway.
