I first heard about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) from the Mercola site.
Got some books from Amazon and started using the techniques for various problems. It sure helped me.
You don't need to know why it works, but it does.
A DIY approach to many problems.
There may be free instructions on the emofree site.
Also, you might get some Bachs Rescue Remedy from the health food store.
