I don't drink as much water as is outlined in the Water Cure . According to this I should be drinking 3 liters, but I'm only drinking about 1.5.
I find it extremely inconvenient with the need to always be near a toilet. Can be hell in a car. :-)
But I'm taking a large amount of salt in almost everything I cook. It became quite obvious yesterday when I had a delivery pizza for the first time in several years. I found it was wayyyy unsalty!!! A pizza....unsalty!!! Hard to imagine.
Plus, I'm drinking probably 3 liters or so of green tea per day. Between the liquid and salt, hopefully it all adds up.

For your chocolate fix, it's interesting to note chocolate is said to be the antidote for an Iodine overdose. Maybe....? Just kidding.
