In my case, the jury's still out on that one.
I have systemic candida with joint pain, eye floaters, brain fog, the works. That's why I'm on CZ.
I've been taking 12-15 drops of Lugolds (+vit C, +himilayan salt water) for almost a week now and have seen no change. I've been Oil Pulling for about 4 months. Candida Diet for a few years. Tried all the usual routes of antifungals, Probiotics, MC, Allopathic, TCM, Homeopathy, stress reduction, etc.
Trapper says I'm smarter, but I dunno. I'm feeling a little better (a little more "whole"?) but still have all the symptoms. No herx reaction at all. No change in sleep patterns, energy.
