it is not a her, it is a him, and he told me this himself. it is the truth or i would not have given you the doctor's name. as i told you, this was around 2001/2002. the patient fought and won against his private insurance company and they paid to have the amalgams replaced with white fillings. but, Dr. Radzik testified for him to his insurance company and he won. i asked him if i should do the same and he said i was too ill and did not have time to fight the insurance company, that i had to get rid of the mercury and nickel poisoning asap. i think you are getting bringing a claim against an insurance company and suing a dentist mixed up. the guy fought the insurance company and won.
