I LOVE THAT - it's fits ME to a T too! :D

Anyway, Vulcanel, the way it was explained to me, is that by taking at least ONE day "off" per week, it helps the body "keep up" with the flushing out process.

IOW, don't take the Iodine just one day a week, but it's okay to keep up with the water and salt!

It made sense to me to do it on Sunday. I've always believed in a "day of rest" anyway, and most of us don't follow that well.

I don't believe that if we break it we're sinning against others, but sinning against ourselves because, well - we all need to recuperate, right?

Does this make any sense?
