It sounds like you've got a lot going on - not to add to it, but you might also want to consider taking digestive enzymes as a supplement for a while. You know, one that contains a mixture of different forms of protese, amylase, lipase, maybe some papain and bromelain thrown in... to help you digest what you are eating.
