Those are notable results. Thank you for posting them! Both my husband & I are experiencing positive results ourselves from painting our thyroids before bed.

I'm just wondering, however, if the presence of your body heat (98 degrees body temp) fascilitated the absorption/evaporation of the iodine. The wood, plastic & paper towel emitted no such temperature variance.

Perhaps if you used an article that emitted heat radiance as well, results would've been different.

Just trouble-shooting here ;).
