if that is all i could get, i would probably use it, but thats just reckless me. my cautious side is always in favor of making your own "whatever". i am getting the materials to make my own. however, i am confused on the sources and quality of specific materials.

i was thinking that Lugols was a standard concentration, but i am finding that is not the case. there are different strengths of Lugols for different purposes. i have a super-huge SIGMA biochemicals, reagents and kits catalog in front of me. i have yet to figure it out.

hows that for a "i dont know"? surely, you CAN. but you want to know if you should, and i cant answer that for you. the two variables being purity(which i would think would be good) and dosage, which i have no idea how to figure out without asking the manufacturer for a mg/drop figure.
