..and it sounds like an emotional adjustment would do you a world of good too.
Get to the ocean if you can. Meditate, pray, dance- Let go of the junk thoughts.
Do something that is HEALTHY FUN!
Soak in a tub, light candles, appreciate your body and the job it is striving to do-
