Maybe you missed this from my post:

"My daughter was already on a low-fat diet per our doctor, and after her gluten intolerance diagnosis, we went gluten-free as well. She not only stopped having pain, but she was able to return to eating fats. Whole organic milk, butter, peanut butter, hot dogs...nothing bothered her tummy anymore."

I should have typed nothing botherS her tummy anymore.

She is getting no more than one drop twice a day of the detoxified Iodine (it's electrically charged, so it's quite recognizable by the body).

Gluten-intolerance is cumulative. So, if the Iodine does NOT "fix" her body, we will wouldn't know with just one cracker or piece of bread. She'd have to eat it for awhile before we'd know anything.

We're used to eating gf and will probably stay that way. It IS easier to digest. However, the Iodine will continue to be one of our "musts"!

I'm looking at fasting again. When it gets a bit warmer. I always had to quit them when the heart started having palpitations.

Now that I've got iodine, I'd like to try again!
