I've been doing UT for more than 2 years now and one of the things I learned early was that if I drank my urine after 5 PM, I couldn't sleep at night.  Somewhere on the 'net, I saw this posted as an instruction - to not drink after 5 PM.  So I assume that others have experienced it too.

I've received many benefits from UT and will vary from a cup and a half a day on up to five cups.
