Depends on the kelp

As is well-known in the art, "kelp" can refer to many different species.

What you eat today as "kelp" may not be the same thing as someone else is eating today whcih is labelled as "kelp".

I believe you are a wishful thinker, to believe that all kelp is the same, but such is not the case, as many have testified, and as is well-known in the literature.

I respect your choice to promote kelp, but I view the word to be the equivalent as the word "meat", since both are generic and indefinite when used without reference to the species at hand. Chicken and beef are both meat, but vary widely in their content of nutrients, and chemical composition.

I am unaware of any study which shows arsenic to be safe. I personally believe it to be a poison.

Do you know which species the Japanese eat ?
