San2006, thank you so much for your help! I am going to try the castor oil cleanse on Saturday....I can't wait, I will be so thrilled to see even any improvement with my puffy, pregnant-looking tummy!!!!! Do you think I can mix the oil with prune juice? Also, can I add lemon to the warm water or sip warm tea of any kind during the day in place of the plain warm water? Thanks again so much and I will let you know how it goes!!!!!
