Dear naravahanadata,

Thank you so much. I will repeat myself will my larynx goes sore.

You have no idea how much encouragement and hope you have given to me and the few who are following me in my own adventure to fix my health.

There is something I would like to ask, if it is not too inconvenient for you. Could you kindly share your thoughts and feelings about the fast before, during and after it?
Did you have fears and difficulties that almost buckled you? What have you learnt about yourself?
