i am taking 20 to 30 drops per day, sometimes more. i am also painting 2% tincture on every once in a while and have almost used up a 1oz bottle of it. i am hoping i am getting at least 20 mg per day. the atomidine i have is 600mcg per drop.

i am getting the detox effects from mercury and fluoride and i guess bromide too. in fact, i did a quart of water with 1/2 tspn of realsalt in it while i was driving and twice i went to the bathroom and felt like i was peeing pure stupid out. i actually felt smarter and more well adjusted after taking a whiz! imagine that. or not.
