I am just a beginner in Natural healing. One year ago I was running to the doc for every cold/flu/allergy symptom. Now I try to stay away from doc and am doing pretty well.

Curezone is a huge place with tons and tons of information. Sadly a lot  of it can be misleading. So we have to experiment and make our choices and on the same note, not do anything damaging to our body. I have a tried a lot of things and trust me, most of them DONT work.

Surprisingly Castor Oil seems to work at least in my case.

I urge people to report any good/bad effects/side-effects they have from Castor Oil cleanse in this forum. It will encourage others to make their minds if this therapy is right for them.

I personally dont do CO packs. I just take it orally, as by doing that, a little goes a long way. I have read in several places it cures arthritis as well. The dose was 1 tsp CO mixed with dried ginger poweder taken daily for couple of weeks.

I read somewhere that pure CO can be added to food. Here is a recipe I found. Have never tried it myself though.
