Without sounding inept, how would you translate 8 grams to tsp's? I don't have a scale here.

I know you mentioned that you're taking 7 grams of vitamin C as well to flush the bromides. Do you think 3 grams per day is sufficient?

I'm doing 6 drops of Atomidine (I'm waiting for my Lugol's to be delivered) 4x per day in addition to painting my thyroid at night before bed. Within 8 hours, that stain is GONE.

I'm shivering cold here in Minnesota - -11 degrees with a -22 degree windchill. Just can't seem to get the metabolic fire stoked!
