A few weeks ago I read an article about parasites. I couldn’t sleep for about three nights in a row! The thought of parasites just makes me ill. After much research, I’m really convinced that Humaworm is the best anti-parasite product.
So, last week I ordered Humaworm for my husband and girls, ages four and two. I can already tell a difference. My four-year-old, instead of constantly complaining of a stomach ache, her appetite is back! Before, it was all I could do to get her to eat anything at mealtime. She’s now ravenous and begs for more food.
However, I’m frustrated that breastfeeding prevents me from taking Humaworm or any other parasite cleanse. My baby is 2 months old, and I have no intention of weaning him anytime soon, but I certainly don’t want to wait.
I’m convinced that I have parasites. Although I’m only 23, I’ve had health problems for year, since my mid-teens: extreme fatigue and exhaustion, headaches, migraines, PMS, menorrhagia, brainfog, forgetfulness, heartburn, dry skin, acne, moody… and the list goes on.
Last week I tried taking some garlic. I took a minced fresh garlic clove in water. This was in the evening. I woke up the next morning with a horrible throbbing headache. It just kept increasing and intensified in the back of my head, a few inches above the neck. I could actually feel a large puffy area where there was the most pain. I was also weak, nauseous, and shaky all day. It took all day for the effects to wear off. Is this related to parasites??
I really want to do an herbal cleanse, with herbs that can interact together and that are safe for the baby. Humaworm, could you help me come up with something that’s ok to take while breastfeeding?
I’ve spent some considerable time researching each of the parasite herbs. Two good resources are kellymom.com and pccnaturalmarkets.com. Here’s what I’ve come up with:
Herbs that are ok for nursing:
Garlic
Ginger
Milk Thistle
Burdock
Hyssop
Fenugreek
Psyllium
Fennel
Gentian
Marshmallow Root
Barberry
The herbs that can be harmful for baby, or will decrease milk supply:
Not ok:
Black Walnut
Wormwood
Thyme
Cayenne
Cascara Sagrada
Peppermint
Licorice
Senna
Elecampane
Sage
I couldn’t find any reliable information for these herbs:
Cloves
Pau d’Arco
Yellow Dock
Other parasite or cleansing herbs that are safe:
Cinnamon
Red Clover
Astralgus
Fennel
Flaxseed
Dandelion
Nettle
Echinacea
Mullein
Prickly Ash
Cleavers
Oregon Grape Root
Hawthorn Berry
Butchers Broom
Linden
Olive Leaf
Plantain
Meadowsweet
Rosemary
Calendula
