my comment was not directed at you, but rather at the dogma that too often gets batted around here... I have yet to see a real healthy fruitarian. its a myth that people get wrapped up in because they honestly want to better themselves.... to be different. might be ok for cleansing short term... but, no way to live healthy.

what bothers me is the way that theory gets transformed into unquestionable fact by many posters, who then attack others who do question the theory...

is frutariasm or breathariansm possible? maybe, maybe not... but experiment at your own risk.
