I have been fasting for 3 days,and today was tough, most of what I have already read about dizzyness, sore muscles, tired, nausea, ect hit today hard, spent most the day in bed....

I was wondering if anyone has had a really sore throat, my throat is so sore, it feels like I might have some cankers in the very back, or inflamed toncils... anyone have the same type of symtoms, anything I can do to help it ???
