This may be true about Vit A !

But consider why is may be so ?

You may find that if you eat lots of carrot juice that it will turn the skin color Yellow or a darker color !

"WHY" may this be so ?

It still boils down to certain Alkaline Minerals Cause a Deeper color to be present when the body has more of them !

And the Vit A would Cause more of certain Alkaline Minerals to be made available to the body !

A person who is Sick will have a more Pale color skin than a person who is Healthy !
