Hey --

I get these organic bananas. They come in plastic, pretty green. They more often than not ripen within a few days. Are they still full of banana goodness, or does the early picking mean that they are not as nutrient-rich.

I have heard about this, but not regarding specific fruits and vegetables.

I am starting to think that there is no nutrition in foods at the store anymore.
