Save yourself a lot of money, and trouble.CS goes through the skin,,get a spray bottle,you will use less,and save money to boot.I use it when I wake up,those mouthwashs are not all good for you,and CS works just as well.I use it before going to sleep,and I avoid white toothpaste,which may contain large amounts of aluminum..good luck,Dave..
