i am with you two all the way. i would like to reaffirm another benefit that grz mentioned and that i think is most significant. my bowels have improved 1000%. in addition to this, my appetite is better than it has been in years. i am not ravenous or feel like binging, i simply feel that it is like normal and my bowels are treating the food like food instead of like some alien substance that i try to get rid of as soon as it arrives. the ocassional rumbling and daily bloating have nearly ceased and my poop is now in a nice neat group.

i say count the GI tract as another part of the body in dire need of iodine.
