Hi Want,

I was wondering what you use for your shampoo? Or how do you clean your hair? I am going to do a protocol I seen in the Hair forum. Although I am curious that your hair looks so great, what do you wash it with, when you wash it?

OH and as far as the Sea-adine, is 4 mgs. recommended to start? How long have you been doing it? What results are you seeing?
