Thanks Maya, I am sure you are right. And I am feeling like these sessions are helping me a lot. I can tell a difference in how less impatient I am, just waiting for things. But I do like explanations, because I want to understand what is going on, as much as I can. That's why I asked if it was a chakra spinning. It was weird, but I am happy to have all the energy in me I can.

Can you do too much of these energy healing things? I have more than two things scheduled this week, and want to do them, but just wonder if I could overdo. Any thoughts? I greatly appreciate all your help and advice.
