There are companies that reputedly use the finest quality ingredients available. However, it's doubtful that you'll find these in your garden variety health food stores.

No diss intended to these businesses!

I can only proffer my own experience with supplements. I'll assuredly receive some flack for what I'm about to say, but que sera, sera.

Orthomolecular Nutrition, Metagenics, Thorne, Garden of Life, New Chapter, Rainbow Light, A*****ose, Vibe are some that engage therapeutic dosages that can improve deficiencies.

Please note that I state that they "can improve deficiences", however providing missing nutrient levels does NOT preclude authentic health.

True health is, well...much more wholistic that simply adding or omitting nutrients.
