Good for you P.  If you go back through the times I've reposted this you'll see each time it gets a disproportionate amount of hits like in the 100's which will tell you that the vast majority of folks that lurk in this forum are dieters. They are the ones that really need to know the info in this post and how all this actually works and how to  use succesfully as part or to kick start  a weight loss program so they don't wind up worse than when they started.

If you have cholesterol issues definetly check into the liver flushes.
